Surf/Hardrock Reid Fall 2023
I am super excited that Surf will be bred to Hardrock Reid for her final litter. I bred Surf to Reid's sire, Hardrock Neal, back in December 2021 and it didn't take. While I was there for the breeding, I met Reid who was at the farm working sheep. I loved him instantly! At the time, I was just excited to meet such a lovely Neal son, but when the time came to find one last special boy to breed Surf to, Reid seemed like a natural choice.
Reid is an incredibly talented open level sheepdog, with a delightful temperament! He is friendly and social with humans and dogs alike and is a joy to live with. He is super eager to please and is total team player. He is a super biddable partner for his momma Becky. Reid is very serious about his sheep, but when he's not working he has a very silly side that keeps Becky smiling. He also has the most adorable head tilts, just like Surf! He has a few litters on the ground already, and is producing very nicely.
Both dogs are take anywhere kind of dogs that travel well with no noise sensitivities.
I expect this cross to make happy, friendly and talented pups that can do anything that is asked of them. Both parents are incredibly biddable and eager to make their humans happy. I expect them to be very athletic with lovely structure and I suspect they will be totally adorable too!
